This app does offer loans, but the interest rates are extremely high. I have a friend who's currently borrowing from it, and now they can no longer afford to repay the debt.

That’s an online lending app. The loan amounts are low, the repayment terms aren’t flexible, and the interest rates are super high. All of that makes it really hard to pay off the loan.
